GoalRotary Club of Mississauga Malton (RCMM) is one of 9 highly active Rotary clubs in the City of Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. Proud to be part of Rotary International, a 1.2 million-member worldwide humanitarian organization, with 33,000 Rotary clubs around the world. Rotarians are men and women who volunteer their time to make a difference in our communities and the world, through local and international service projects, fundraising efforts to support local charities, youth programs, and global relief efforts. Our outreach programs locally focus on Youth and Seniors.As the Club's presence within Mississauga and neighbouring Peel region communities continues to expand, we'll be staging and also supporting 'in person' community events designed to make residents aware of our vision and mission, plus encourage people within the communities we serve to get together and have fun!NEXT MONTH (early July!), RCMM will participate in CARABRAM 2022, from Friday, July 8 to Sunday, July 10, and we have agreed to offer volunteer support for the CARABRAM pavillions. Event location is Loafers Lake Recreation Centre (see MAP, below). |

DescriptionTypical of an event lead volunteer, you may expect to be involved in the following activities, in a supervisory capacity, leading a small team of event volunteers:

TrainingORIENATION & TRAINING will focus upon the 'roles' outlined in the DESCRIPTION (above), with emphasis upon leadership, and volunteers will be briefed on the requirements of RCMM's participation, as well as health & safety protocols required by the City of Brampton. |
