DescriptionThe Eye2Eye volunteers will work with both Ontario elementary & secondary school systems that are in-person learning or have been converted to 'eLearning' in 'virtual' collaboration with one or more students. YOU the volunteer will be assigned, functioning as a tutor/teacher to both aid/reinforce learning and assess the student’s progress. Ideally, the tutoring sessions ONLINE will take place on a weekly basis (no weekends). The Tutors may also be assisting and or teaching one or more subjects (e.g. English, Math, Science, Language(s), etc.). PLUS, help the student develop good studying habits both in school and at home. PLEASE APPLY IMMEDIATELY, as the program is ACTIVE NOW (and by no later than January 31, 2022). Volunteers who do not have a volunteer 'profile' within Volunteer MBC's Referral System should create a 'profile'. Thank you! |

Shifts are available on the following days - Monday Afternoon, Monday Evening, Tuesday Afternoon, Tuesday Evening, Wednesday Afternoon, Wednesday Evening, Thursday Afternoon, Thursday Evening, Friday Afternoon, Friday Evening WEEKDAYS > Late afternoon and evening sessions |
