Our motto: 'Live Your Life!'Let's Exercise - Volunteer lead, simple, progressive, in-home exercise allows our clients to connect socially on a weekly basis while giving them an opportunity to enhance and maintain their functional fitness, mobility and independence. This 11 month pilot is intended to improve clients' fitness through a simple 10 step exercise program facilitated by one of our trained volunteers. This program also allows isolated clients an opportunity for a social visit at the same time.

See GOAL, above.
